Resource packs
Need more capacity than your tier includes? Add a resource pack as a line item on the same subscription. The pack bills on the same cycle as your tier — monthly with monthly, annual with annual — so you only ever have one subscription and one billing cycle.
Packs stack on the tier's included resources. Community tier cannot purchase packs.

Do features and capacity really price separately?
Yes. Pick the smallest tier with the features your team uses, then add a resource pack as a line item on the same subscription if your infrastructure needs more capacity than the tier includes. A Startup customer with 50,000 resources on annual billing is a perfectly normal plan — they pay $4,800/yr for the tier plus $17,500/yr for the 50,000 pack on one cycle. No need to upgrade the tier just because the fleet grew.
What happens if I exceed my pack capacity?
Operations continue uninterrupted. Overage above your included + pack total bills at $1.00/resource/yr — a single flat rate across all paid tiers. The rate sits intentionally above the most expensive pack so the next pack up is always cheaper than paying overage. You'll see dashboard warnings at 80% and 100% of capacity, with a suggestion to upgrade your pack. Your infrastructure never breaks because of a billing boundary.
Do you offer Managed SaaS?
Yes. Managed SaaS is available on Community, Startup, Team, and Business — a shared, multi-tenant arbitor instance Inquori operates. For a dedicated single-tenant instance, Private Cloud is available on Startup and up. Enterprise runs on Private Cloud, with Self-hosted coming soon; no shared instance.
Can I self-host on Enterprise?
Self-hosted is coming soon. When it ships, Self-hosted Enterprise will unlock the air-gapped add-on for fully offline environments. Today, Private Cloud Enterprise is available — a dedicated single-tenant instance Inquori operates.

How do I migrate between Self-hosted and Private Cloud?
Self-hosted is coming soon. Once it's available, both modes will use the same data model, and we'll coordinate the migration during onboarding. Contact us to talk through your plans.
